Hydroxy ("we", "us", "our") provides the Site for browsing and informational purposes, the Client as a downloadable third-party software modification for the game Minecraft, and an access key generation system for authenticating the Client (collectively, the "Service").

3. License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use our Client for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Client.
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Client.
  • Attempt to circumvent the authentication system or use fraudulent access keys.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or malicious activities.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your conduct while using our Service. You agree that your use of the Client is at your own risk and discretion. Your access to the service is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for behavior that we deem abusive or harmful to the service or community.

5. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

The Client is a third-party modification for the video game Minecraft. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. We are not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang Synergies AB in any way.

You acknowledge and agree that using third-party software modifications may be against the Terms of Service of Minecraft or the rules of individual Minecraft servers. **You assume all risk for your Minecraft account, including but not limited to temporary suspension or permanent termination (banning), that may result from your use of the Client on any server. We are not responsible for any penalties imposed upon you or your Minecraft account.**

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, banning your Hardware ID (HWID) from accessing our authentication service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HYDROXY, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; OR (II) ANY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOUR MINECRAFT ACCOUNT IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
